Description

Overview

Built upon traditional busway systems, it integrates sensors, communication modules, and software systems. This integrated power distribution solution combines electricity transmission with data collection, real-time monitoring, and intelligent management capabilities.

Overview

● Efficient and Energy-Saving:Utilizes optimized conductor design and advanced cooling technology to significantly reduce resistance and thermal losses. The smart control system dynamically adjusts power distribution based on actual load demands, preventing energy waste.

● Safe and Reliable:The intelligent monitoring system provides real-time tracking and alerts for critical parameters like temperature and current, enabling early detection of potential faults such as overheating from loose connections to prevent hazards.

● Efficient Operation and Maintenance:Through touchscreens or cloud platforms, operators can centrally monitor the entire power distribution system remotely, greatly improving inspection and troubleshooting efficiency.

● Flexible Expansion:Modular design and plug-and-play tap-off boxes allow convenient capacity expansion similar to using a power strip, without rewiring when adding new equipment.

● Real-Time Monitoring:Built-in high-precision sensors continuously collect key parameters like temperature, current, and voltage. Data is transmitted via IoT technology to the cloud, with immediate alerts for anomalies to quickly locate and resolve issues, preventing safety incidents.

Overview

Real-Time Monitoring

· Electrical Parameters: Monitors current, voltage, power, energy consumption, power factor, and frequency for each busway section in real time.

· Temperature Monitoring: Temperature sensors at critical nodes (e.g., tap-off boxes, connection points) track conductor and joint temperatures to prevent overheating risks caused by poor contacts or overloads.

· Ground Fault Monitoring: Detects residual current to prevent electrical fires.

· Location Status: Tracks the plug-in status and physical location of each tap-off box (power distribution unit).

Alerts & Alarm

· Customizable thresholds for all parameters. Triggers immediate warnings via local audible/visual alarms, mobile apps, SMS, or cloud platforms in case of overloads, temperature anomalies, or ground faults. Enables predictive maintenance to resolve issues at the earliest stage.

Data Analysis & Energy Management

· The backend system or cloud platform collects all data for comprehensive analysis.

· Generates electricity consumption reports to identify peak usage and abnormal patterns, helping optimize energy strategies for cost reduction.

· Analyzes load trends to support future capacity expansion planning.

Remote Control & Maintenance

· Operators can monitor and manage the busway system remotely via computers or mobile devices without on-site presence.

· Enables remote open/close operations for specific circuits (if integrated with smart circuit breakers).

Asset & Location Management (Especially for Data Centers)

· Each cabinet’s power tap-off box has unique identification. The system precisely tracks which cabinet is connected to which tap-off box and its power consumption. Simplifies management during cabinet moves, additions, or changes, eliminating cabling confusion.
